1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreeWebAPK (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Permitted Use & User Warranties

You represent and warrant that you own or possess legal authorization to package the website domain(s) submitted to the FreeWebAPK compiler. You agree not to use the Service to wrap, distribute, or promote phishing pages, malicious software, unauthorized copyright infringements, or illicit services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in and to your website, brand marks, and target content. FreeWebAPK claims no ownership over the generated APK or AAB packages built from your websites.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain high build success rates and modern Android compliance, we make no representation that any generated package will achieve guaranteed approval from third-party app store operators (such as Google Play).

5. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
